The Living Well Community Wellness and Empowerment Service offers Havering residents aged 18-64 years free wellbeing support in the community. The service is commissioned by Havering Council and delivered by Tapestry Care UK and partner organisations through community hubs in Rainham, Harold Hill, Romford and Hornchurch.
After receiving a referral, a member of the Tapestry Care UK team will contact you to discuss your needs and goals.
Together, you will identify the support that is right for you.
Support may include:
- Social groups and community activities
- Mental health and emotional wellbeing support
- General wellbeing support
- Healthy lifestyle support
- Support for unpaid carers
- Digital skills and online access support
- Help completing forms and applications
- Food, nutrition and healthy eating advice
Support may be provided through:
- One-to-one appointments.
- Group sessions.
- Activities delivered by trusted local community organisations.

- Feel lonely, isolated or disconnected from others
- Have a mental health condition
- Be autistic or neurodivergent
- Have a long-term health condition
- Have a disability
- Care for a family member, partner or friend
