Man Down UK is a non-profit Community Interest Company dedicated to supporting men facing mental health challenges. We offer informal, peer-led talking groups across the UK, providing a safe, judgment-free space for men aged 18 and over to share their struggles and connect with others who understand.
Our sessions are designed to be inclusive, relaxed, and supportive, with no judgement—just understanding and listening from people who care. In addition to our regular fortnightly meetups, we organise events, challenges, and weekend retreats to help men build deeper connections and reflect on their experiences. Each group also arranges its own social events, strengthening bonds and providing ongoing support outside of meetings.
- Who can attend? Men aged 18+ experiencing any kind of mental health issue.
- What to expect: A welcoming, informal environment where you can talk, listen, and connect with others.
- Additional activities: Social events, awareness challenges, and retreats for deeper support.
By fostering open conversations, we aim to break the stigma around men’s mental health and reduce male suicides. Together, we can end the silence and save lives.
All group dates and times are available on our calendar. No referral needed—just come along.
