HIRE for Hinckley & Bosworth Borough council

The new HBBC Hire project works with participants in a holistic way, supporting anyone unemployed & over 19 years by looking at their barriers to employment and helping them to reach their goals.

If this sounds like you & your current situation, make contact directly via email or phone using the details on the poster or alternatively come along to a drop-in session for a friendly, informal chat about what the project offers.

After signing up to the Hire project, participants are offered keyworking support that focuses on their barriers to employment which might include support with volunteering work experience, C.V. writing, job search, interview skills, courses, apprenticeships and much more as there are no time restraints for offering the individual support. Usually, the support is face to face or by telephone call on a weekly or fortnightly basis, depending on what suits, creating a plan of action to work through together.

I meet participants at Hinckley library, The George Ward Centre,Barwell and Earl Shilton library - or any public place.
