Anahata Yoga with Michelle offers a variety of gentle yoga classes in Hornchurch and Upminster, designed especially for women and men in their midlife. Our classes help you feel good in mind, body, and soul, whether you’re looking to overcome stress, anxiety, or improve your flexibility.
What makes our classes unique?

- Individualised experience: Everyone is supported at their own pace. If you need to rest, you’re welcome to do so.

Each class lasts 1 hour and costs £13 per session. You can book online or explore membership plans for additional benefits and discounts.
Special events: We also offer retreats, such as the upcoming 'Escape to France 2026', which includes yoga, full board, workshops, excursions, and more.
