- parkrun is a free, community event where you can walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate.
- parkrun is 5km and takes place every Saturday morning.
- junior parkrun is 2km, dedicated to 4-14 year olds and their families, every Sunday morning.
- parkrun is positive, welcoming and inclusive, there is no time limit and no one finishes last. Everyone is welcome to come along.
- You only need to register once whether walking, jogging, running, volunteering or a combination and can attend any parkrun event, anywhere. Anyone over the age of 4 can be registered, this allows you to keep track of your parkrun journey. You can register at: https://www.parkrun.org.uk/register/
- You are welcome to take part by walking,jogging or running or can come and spectate without registering. However you do need to register to volunteer please, so you can be added to the roster
- There is no commitment to participate and you can come when suits you

- It is free for all to attend.
- We encourage you to register at https://www.parkrun.org.uk/register/ so you can keep track of your journey but this is not mandatory.
