In the Pink is a physical rehabilitation programme designed specifically for women who have survived breast cancer. We understand that recovery doesn’t end with treatment—many women face ongoing challenges, from reduced mobility and muscle strength to changes in confidence and daily routines.
Our programme is free of charge and uniquely tailored to help survivors rebuild their fitness, regain confidence, and rediscover the joy of movement. Led by trained teachers experienced in supporting individuals treated for breast cancer, sessions take place in small, supportive groups.
- Rebuild strength and flexibility after treatment
- Enjoy physical activities you love—or try something new
- Get support for everyday tasks, like picking up bags or washing your hair
- Connect with others who understand your journey
Whether you want to return to classes at your local leisure centre, exercise at home, or simply feel more confident in daily life, In the Pink is here to help. Every woman has the right to feel ‘in the pink’ after breast cancer treatment.

Post Breast Cancer Surgery
This programme is suitable for those newly post treatment and for those whose breast cancer treatment was some time ago but who have failed to recover full mobility and muscle strength in affected areas.
It provides a gentle, staged process that begins when the survivor is six weeks post-operative, has received their surgeon’s approval to begin therapeutic exercise or later on.
