We also offer sessions on creative wellbeing skills, such as:

Each programme runs for 5 to 7 weeks in small groups (maximum 8 people per programme). Sessions are led by a qualified counsellor and artists, providing a safe and supportive space to explore creativity and improve wellbeing. No previous art skills are needed—everyone is welcome!

All Creative Wellbeing programmes are FREE to attend.

We encourage participants to attend every session, as these are not drop-in workshops. A referral is required to secure your place.

You can be referred by a professional (GP, education provider, workplace, social prescriber, etc.) or make a self-referral. To access the programme, simply complete the online referral form or download the PDF and email it to thecuratoreducator@gmail.com.
