Family hubs (formerly known as children and family wellbeing centres) are local centres that can offer help and support to all families with babies and children aged 0-9 (25 for young people with SEND).
We offer various groups and support services from our centres alongside our partners such as health visitors and midwives.
We have five Family Hubs in the Harborough locality :
- Market Harborough Family Hub, Coventry Road, Market Harborough, LE16 9BX
- Market Harborough Library Family Hub, The Symington Building, Adam and Eve Street, Market Harborough, LE16 7LT (our library staff can help signpost you to what support is available)
- Lutterworth Family Hub, Coventry Road, Lutterworth, LE17 4RB
- Lutterworth Library Family Hub, George Street, Lutterworth, LE17 4ED (our library staff can help signpost you to what support is available)
- Broughton Astley Family Hub, Station Road, Broughton Astley, LE9 6PT

Parents/carers and young people aged 0-19 (25 with SEND) can come along to a Family Hub for support, advice and guidance. Some services are by invite only, or by referral which is usually done by your GP, health visitor, midwife or school. You can however make a self referral using the following link
