Mental Health Peer Support Groups

Wokingham Recovery College offers free mental health and wellbeing courses, workshops and peer support groups.

We offer a range of peer support groups to facilitate making connections and sharing ideas for improving wellbeing. Peer support groups can reduce loneliness, increase confidence and help you recognise your strengths.

Wokingham Recovery College is a safe space where you can be yourself, free from judgement.

Our peer support groups include:

  • Recovering Together
  • Hearing Voices
  • Journal Together
  • Bring Your Own Craft
  • Age 18-25 Support

"There is something about sitting in a room with others, listening to their stories and relating to them, you feel like you are not alone. The contact with others and feeling connected has really helped me"

Sessions are delivered either online or in community venues in the Wokingham Borough.

Please get in touch if you would like more information about our courses and registering as a student.
