Tailored Futures CIC is dedicated to facilitating the successful reintegration of individuals on probation into the community.

Through our specialised Education, Training, and Employment (ETE) services, we equip people on probation with the skills and knowledge necessary to enhance their employability, boost self-confidence, and mitigate the risk of reoffending.

Service access criteria:

Residents seeking to access Tailored Futures' services typically need to meet certain criteria related to their involvement in the criminal justice system, with the main criterion being their status as a person on probation.

Additionally, they may have a history of involvement with the criminal justice system or may be referred by relevant authorities such as probation officers or Youth Offending Teams (YOT).

It's essential for residents to demonstrate a willingness to engage with our programmes and work towards their personal and professional development goals.
