I am deeply passionate about guiding people on their own unique healing journey with a primary focus on helping each individual to feel more empowered and live a better quality of life. I believe an approach that works with the mind, body and nervous system increases our capacity for self-healing, aids in relieving symptoms of dysregulation and helps us step into more of our potential.
With the right approach therapy can provide you with support and guide you along a path of positive change. I offer a warm, supportive, and confidential space where you can explore any difficulties you are facing. I will listen with empathy and understanding while we explore issues together with the aim of enhancing a better quality of life. I aim to help you identify how your past conditioning is affecting you in the present and may be showing up in how you relate towards yourself and others. I intend to help you become aware of and befriend all parts of yourself, even the parts you feel adverse towards. With this awareness we can explore how you can start to transcend old patterns and learn new ways of being and responding that feels more authentic to you. We can also explore any self-limiting beliefs or beliefs you hold about the world and others which might be keeping you feeling stuck. I hope to assist you in understanding yourself on a deeper level, help you develop more self-acceptance and feel more empowered to create the changes you wish to make.
I do not believe that anyone is broken, but we may be feeling stuck in an autonomic nervous system state of survival (fight & flight, freeze or shutdown). I will help you develop an understanding of how the nervous system is wired from an evolutionally perspective for survival and guide you in mapping your nervous system states, understanding your triggers and in developing resources and tools for self-regulation. I intend to help you feel more empowered by befriending and understanding your nervous system and help you shape it towards safety and connection.
I offer individual therapy with adults on a one-to-one basis online or in person in Romford, Essex, UK. Sessions are 50 minutes long.
If you would like a free consultation, please reach out and I will be in touch.

My Approach
I am an integrative therapist meaning I draw from different therapeutic models adapting my approach to best meet your needs. This includes elements of humanistic, existential, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapy. I take a polyvagal informed approach, meaning I incorporate creating an awareness of how trauma, our early life experience and relationships with our caregivers shapes our developing nervous system impacting how we experience ourselves, others and the world. If our nervous system is chronically dysregulated, we may be living predominately from a nervous system state of survival impacting our mental and physical health.
