1:1 - Mental Wellbeing Support

Our one-to-one sessions provide personalised, early support focused on wellbeing, emotional resilience, and practical coping strategies. While we are not trained counsellors or therapists, our work offers a valuable first step of support for individuals who may be struggling and are not yet accessing statutory or clinical services.

Sessions are tailored to your needs and focus on helping you explore new approaches, build confidence, and develop everyday strategies that support your mental and emotional wellbeing. We offer a safe, non-judgemental space to talk, reflect, and feel supported — without the formality or intensity of clinical therapy.

This service is designed as a preventative and early-intervention option, supporting individuals before challenges escalate or while waiting for access to statutory services. Where appropriate, we can also help guide you towards additional or specialist support.

We offer one-to-one sessions for young people aged 11–24 and adults aged 25+. Sessions can take place in a setting where you feel most comfortable — at home, in school, or in the community — making support accessible and flexible.

Service access criteria:

We have defined referral criteria to ensure that our services are accessible to those who will benefit most. These criteria help guide referrals and ensure each client receives the right type of support. Our full criteria are shown in the image below for easy reference.

If anything is unclear, we encourage you to contact us directly. Our team is happy to provide guidance and advice to help you navigate the referral process.

We are committed to supporting every client, even if our services are not the right fit. In such cases, we will signpost to other organisations and partner services that can provide the support needed, ensuring that no one is left without help.

Our aim is to make accessing support as straightforward, safe, and responsive as possible, while guiding clients towards the right services for their individual needs.
