Our Mission:
To make fitness affordable and accessible for every body, regardless of their ability. For just 99p per month per person, our members gain full access to a wide range of workouts and programme cards, ensuring they can exercise wherever they may be.

We are proud to work with esteemed organisations such as Mencap, British Blind Sport, London Sport, Sense, Scope and the NHS to name but a few. These partnerships have helped us support many hundreds of people with varying individual needs.

Our programmes have been carefully designed by our Founder, Richard Pinchen, who brings over 25 years of experience in Inclusive and Adaptive Fitness and would you believe it, the content is refreshed at the start of each month. All this for just 99p per month.
What We Offer:
Our structured personal training programmes include a variety of workouts – Strength, Cardio, Mobility, Stretching and Meditation – all available with either seated or standing variations as well as a Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced programme.
In addition, to ensure you achieve your fitness goals every member has access to a complimentary fitness plan to guide you on your fitness journey.

Step 2: You are now at the home page, using the mouse scroll down to the 'SIGN UP' button.
Step 3: Create an account by entering your name, email address, payment and password.
Step 4: After you have signed up, just to make sure our programmes are suitable for you we will send you a few basic questions regarding your health and well being so we can advise you how best to progress.
