Second Chance Medway is a community-based crisis support charity dedicated to helping individuals and families in Medway overcome hardship and build brighter futures.
We offer a range of practical support services, including:
- Community Supermarket: Open Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 3.00pm. Access affordable groceries and essentials at low prices. All are welcome.
- Community Pantry: Open Thursday, 10.00am – 1.00pm. Provides additional food support for those in need.
- Housing Solutions: Support and advice for people facing housing difficulties. Downloadable resources available.
- General Support Services: Crisis support, guidance, and signposting to help you navigate difficult times.
Our services are designed to be accessible and inclusive. Everyone is welcome, and we encourage you to make an appointment to ensure a support worker is available to assist you.
