Meaningful Activities Project is for people in Havering who are living with long-term mental illness. It offers group sessions that support mindfulness, confidence and socialising.
- Build confidence and spend time with others
- Take part in self-discovery activities, including poetry
- Discuss news topics and current affairs
- Play games such as pool and table tennis
- Try creative activities such as arts, crafts and writing
