The Social Inclusion Project from Havering Mind supports adults living in Havering and Barking & Dagenham who are experiencing mental health challenges and social isolation.
Our aim is to reduce isolation, boost self-confidence, and promote inclusion & wellbeing. We offer practical tools for managing stress and enhancing relaxation, helping you to feel more connected and empowered in your daily life.
What does the Social Inclusion Project offer?
- A friendly one-to-one appointment before joining the programme, so we can understand your needs and help you feel comfortable.
- Access to tailored workshops focused on coping strategies, stress management, and social skills.
- Opportunities to join social groups, activities, volunteering, and other support within the local community to build connections and reduce loneliness.
- Signposting and warm referrals to other relevant local services and resources.
