Move to Heal: A Dance Therapy Experience offers a unique opportunity to connect motion and emotion through Dance Movement Psychotherapy (DMP). This expressive therapy uses movement and dance to support emotional, social, cognitive, and physical integration for individuals.
Sessions are led by a trained dance movement therapist who guides individuals or groups through tailored movements and exercises. Participants are encouraged to express themselves freely, exploring feelings, thoughts, and memories that arise during the process.
