Dose of Dance at Desford Village Hall offers fun and sociable creative movement sessions led by experienced dance practitioners and developed with physiotherapists.

Who is it for? These sessions are suitable for people living with long-term health conditions, including Parkinson’s, dementia, stroke, and anyone looking to improve their fitness, mobility, health, and wellbeing.
