Reconnect with your 'Natural Health service' and take a walk in one of Medway's green spaces. The walks are open to all ages, and offer the chance to improve your fitness levels and to socialise with others. This group meets in the Library for a gentle walk, then returns to the Library for refreshments. Every Wednesday 10 am -12 noon.
