Digital Support Classes from Age UK Redbridge, Barking & Havering are designed to help older people gain the confidence and skills to use digital devices such as tablets, smartphones, and computers. Whether you are a complete beginner or want to improve your digital skills, our friendly Digital Champions are here to support you every step of the way.
What we offer:
- Tablet Loan Scheme: Borrow a device for free and explore the internet at your own pace. Our Digital Champions will guide you on how to get started and make the most of your borrowed device.
- Training Opportunities: We provide both one-to-one and group training sessions to help you use your devices and access online services confidently.
- Volunteering: Become a volunteer Digital Champion and help others get online. You don’t need to be a technology expert—just enthusiastic about helping others and comfortable with basic technology.
Who can access: This service is available to older people living within the Age UK Redbridge, Barking & Havering catchment area. All classes and device loans are free of charge.
