Whether you’re a complete beginner, returning to cycling after a break, or looking to build your skills for commuting, our friendly instructors are here to support you every step of the way. We believe cycling is for everyone, and our sessions are designed to suit a range of abilities and personal goals.
- Learn to Ride: Perfect for beginners or those with low confidence. Sessions take place away from roads and cover helmet fitting, bike safety checks, mounting and balancing, controlling your bike, cornering, braking, and signalling.
- Female Instructor Sessions: For anyone who feels more comfortable learning with a female instructor. Slightly longer sessions (1.5 hours) in supportive groups of up to six.
- Cycle Confidence: Mixed ability sessions, part off-road and part on quiet roads and cycle paths. Learn to use gears, make short road journeys, and ride confidently among traffic.
- Confidence on Roads: Intermediate sessions focused on safe road positioning, navigating traffic, and handling junctions. Lasts up to two hours.
- Workplace Cycle Training: Bespoke sessions delivered at your place of work for you and your colleagues, free of charge. Bikes and helmets can be provided.
All sessions are free, run in small supportive groups, and you can borrow a bike if you don’t have one. We’re always open to creating new or bespoke sessions based on community feedback.
