The Earl Shilton Neighbourhood Mental Health Café offers drop-in support for anyone struggling with their mental health. No appointment is needed. Trained staff provide a listening ear, information, and support in times of crisis, and can help access other mental health and wellbeing services. The café provides a safe and relaxing space for conversation and activities, with free hot drinks and biscuits. It is delivered in person at The Stute, 12-14 Station Road, Earl Shilton, Leicestershire, LE9 7GA. Drop in on Mondays, 11am - 1pm and 2pm - 4pm.
