Join Ramblers Wellbeing Walks Havering for short, local and accessible walks to help you get more active.
We offer walks six days a week, with options to suit every fitness level. Walks range from 10 to 90 minutes and are graded from easy to hard, so you can choose what works best for you. For those seeking an extra challenge, we also run longer walks outside of our Walking for Health programme.
Everyone is welcome and it is absolutely FREE to take part. There is no need to book—just come along on the day you want to join us. We recommend starting with an ‘easy’ walk if you’re new.
Our programme is designed to help you lead an active lifestyle while discovering the many open areas and fantastic greenspaces in your local community. Walks are a great way to meet friendly, like-minded people who love to be active.
- Walks are over easy ground and taken at a steady pace to suit everyone.

- You only need to join a group once to access all future walks.
- We also run shorter walks specifically for those recovering from illness or injury.
Qualified Walk Leaders are always there to assist and advise at every step of the way.
