The EDGE Recovery Group

The EDGE Recovery Group is a friendly, peer-led support group for anyone in recovery from alcohol dependence or substance misuse. We offer a safe and supportive space to help with relapse prevention, where you can receive non-judgemental support and advice from people who truly understand your journey.

What to expect:

  • Join a welcoming community that can help prevent relapse and support long-term recovery.
  • Groups are held at The EDGE Café in the Hayman Room. For session times, please check the timetable on the Edge Café website.
  • No need to book—just come along to any session you can make.
  • Sessions are run by people with lived experience of addiction. Whether you want support, advice, or just a friendly chat, you are very welcome.
  • On arrival, staff will direct you to the room. You’ll be invited to take a seat and join others around the table. Share your experiences if you wish, or simply listen.
  • If you’d like to talk about the group before attending, contact Gail on 07848 871323 or gail@theedgecafecambridge.com.
