Creative Counselling (1:1 online, or in-person, Salisbury)

Create Support offers integrative arts counselling for adults and young adults (18+), led by Francesca Myles (BA hons, PGcert, MBACP, Associate BAAT, & Creative Counsellors CIC member).

This service is designed to support people facing a wide range of mental health challenges, especially those connected to major life transitions such as chronic illness, disability, identity exploration, relationship changes, or feeling out of step with the world.

  • Support for anxiety and overwhelm – whether related to social situations, health worries, or daily life pressures.
  • Low mood and depression – including times when life feels heavy or hard to face.
  • Living with neurodivergence – such as ADHD, autism, or sensory differences, and the emotional ups and downs that can come with it.
  • Identity exploration – especially around gender, sexuality, or finding your place in the world.
  • Managing chronic health conditions – and the emotional impact of pain, fatigue, or feeling misunderstood.
  • Grief and loss – whether from bereavement, changes in health, relationships, or sense of self.
  • Feeling isolated or disconnected – especially if you’ve felt overlooked or unheard elsewhere.
  • Processing trauma – including ongoing stress, past experiences, or trauma that’s hard to name.

Sessions are gentle, creative, and tailored to your needs. You are invited to book a free 20-minute initial call to see if this service is the right fit for you. After this, an assessment meeting will help clarify your needs and therapy goals.

Fees: £60 per 1-hour session. Reduced rate of £50 for 18-25 year olds, therapy students, and those on certain benefits.

Sessions are typically booked in blocks of 6 weeks, with regular reviews to ensure the support remains relevant to your needs. Online sessions are available Monday to Friday, with varying hours and reduced availability during school holidays.

If you’re seeking a safe, creative space to reflect and make sense of your experiences, Create Support is here to help.
