The Fountain Dementia Centre - Faversham

The Fountain Dementia Centre in Faversham is a specialist day care service for people living with moderate to advanced dementia. We provide a safe, welcoming environment where attendees can enjoy a full day of stimulating activities, social interaction, and personalised care.

What we offer:

  • Transport to and from the centre (subject to availability and at an extra cost)
  • Refreshments and a delicious two-course lunch
  • A variety of events and activities designed specifically for people with dementia or memory concerns, including singing, dance, art, seated exercise, reminiscence, and outings

Our professional, person-centred approach ensures that each individual's needs and interests are respected. The centre is staffed by trained professionals who provide a safe and comfortable experience for attendees, giving carers peace of mind and a valuable day of respite.

Service hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 3:30pm.

We aim to reduce isolation, boost self-confidence, and help maintain daily living skills. The Fountain Dementia Centre is focused on improving quality of life for both people living with dementia and their carers.

Costs: Costs may vary depending on individual needs and services required. Please contact us for details.

Referrals: You can refer yourself, a loved one, or be referred by a health or social care professional. We accept the Kent Card and you do not need a professional referral to attend.
