Doodle Space Rutland

Doodle Space Uppingham is a weekly, casual gathering where individuals can gather to unwind, socialise, and express themselves creatively through doodling. It’s a laid-back environment hosted at a local deli, where participants can enjoy the company of others while indulging in some creativity.

We meet once a week at 5 Elements Cafe & Deli, in Uppingham, on Thursdays from 10am to 12noon. Sit, draw, chat, have a coffee, and even a slice of cake if it takes your fancy. This is not an art class; you can draw or doodle whatever inspires you.

Doodle Space Uppingham is FREE and open to everyone! Whether you’re a professional looking for a break from work, a retiree seeking connection, a stay-at-home parent craving social interaction, or simply someone who enjoys doodling, you’re welcome to join us.

There’s no need for prior drawing experience — all skill levels are encouraged to participate.

Feel free to bring your drawing materials if you have them, but it’s not necessary. I provide paper, pens and pencils for everyone to use, ensuring that all you need to bring is your enthusiasm and creativity. In the interest of avoiding leaving a mess, I suggest paints and pastels should be avoided.
