Join us on a seafaring adventure to rewild healthcare!
Ahoy there!
We are looking for people to form a metaphorical lifeboat crew for a creative arts and health research project, based at Cody Dock in Newham. We invite you to connect with other people during a series of creative workshops that will lead to an exhibition in Spring 2025 at UCL East.
We want to reimagine healthcare as an open ecosystem, using metaphors related to islands, sailing, and maritime themes to reframe healthcare experiences. We will think and make together to rewild healthcare!
Who is this project for?
Everyone is welcome! Including carers, people with lived experience or healthcare professionals Sooner or later health will affect us all and we all have valuable knowledge and perspectives.
How?
6x free workshops at Cody Dock between July and December 2024 (attend as many or as few as you can) The workshops will feed into the co-creation of a final artwork.
Your contribution will be valued and we hope to create a positive and supportive atmosphere where everyone feels inspired to contribute and make suggestions.
