Counselling for children, young people and their families

You and Me Counselling is a charitable organisation based in Hornchurch, Essex, offering professional counselling and psychotherapy services for children, young people, adults, and their families. We support individuals facing emotional and psychological distress, helping them find solutions and improve their wellbeing.

Our services include:

  • One-to-one counselling for a wide range of psychological problems
  • Group therapy sessions for children, delivered in schools
  • Staff training for schools to support mental health and wellbeing

We work across the boroughs of Havering, Barking & Dagenham, Redbridge, and Waltham Forest, both in schools and from our dedicated counselling rooms in Hornchurch.

Free Consultation: If you are unsure about counselling or want to discuss your needs, we offer a free consultation with one of our therapists. This is a chance to meet our staff and decide if our support is right for you. Consultations are available throughout the week—please contact us to arrange a time.

Our Impact: We are committed to making a positive difference, with many young people demonstrating improved family relationships, reduced offending behaviour, and increased educational attainment through our support.

How to Access: To schedule an appointment or learn more, please call or email us. We also welcome donations and volunteers to help us continue supporting vulnerable people in our community.
