Mary Frances Trust is a dedicated mental health and emotional wellbeing charity supporting adults (16+) living in Surrey. Since 1994, we have inspired and empowered local residents to restore and maintain their mental wellbeing through a wide range of free services delivered in the community.
We offer support for anyone experiencing mental health challenges, regardless of age or background. Our services include:
- Wellbeing advice and information
- Financial and Wellbeing Support Service – including money advice and wellbeing support for Epsom & Ewell residents
- Safe Haven (Crisis Support Service)
- Service User Network (SUN)
- Primary Care Services
- Recovery & Connect
- Nature Nurtures Project – free nature-based group activities to support mental and emotional wellbeing
- Activities, courses and groups to help you connect with others, learn new skills, and improve your wellbeing
- Volunteering opportunities
We work hard to challenge mental health stigma and promote emotional self-care. Our services are delivered in person at our Leatherhead centre and across Surrey Downs, as well as online and in the community.
All services are free of charge and open to adults (16+) living in Surrey. We welcome self-referrals and referrals from professionals.
To get started, register with us via our website or contact us directly. We are here to help you find the right support for your needs.
