This fund is available to Surrey residents who are disabled adults, adults with long-term health conditions, parents or carers of children with disabilities or long-term health conditions, or people with an immediate need for help. Applicants must also not have received a grant from this round of funding or another source.
Long Term Neurological Conditions Group
This group is for people living with or caring for someone with a long-term neurological condition, such as MS, Parkinson's, MND, or Acquired Brain Injury (ABI). The group meets quarterly, currently virtually, to provide feedback on neurological services, shape the future of those services, and meet new people.
Job applications
The SCDP may ask applicants for details of their experiences, either professional or personal, with people with impairments or unpaid/family carers
