Kay's Adult Swim provides Swim England qualified swimming lessons for adults of all abilities, from beginners to advanced pool swimmers. Classes are held at various pool locations in the Upminster, Hornchurch, and Romford areas of the London Borough of Havering. For example, a ladies-only general swim session is held at Coopers School Upminster (RM14 3HS) on Tuesday nights. Lessons are delivered in small groups, with 1-to-1 and 2-to-1 teaching available on request. A trial is required to assess swimming ability before joining a course.
