When referring a child or young person to a funded project, please ensure they meet the following criteria. Please note a referral does not guarantee a space on the project, as spaces are limited:
Clear Minds Redbridge
Working with CAMHS, schools and other organisations across Redbridge, we are looking to support children and young people aged between 5 and 18 who are experiencing high levels of anxiety and depression. This will be free counselling for up to 9 sessions.

Civil Society
With thanks to the Civil Society Fund, we will be providing mental health support for BAME individuals in Havering. This is open to children, families, and couples, but they must be BAME. Any referral forms that leave the ethnicity blank, or are White British will not be accepted. This is for 6 sessions only.

Reboot Redbridge
With further funding from NCEL CYP, we are able to support children and young people aged 5 to 25 who are continuing to be impacted by COVID-19, as well as ease the pressure on the NHS by providing early intervention to mental health issues before they escalate into hospital admissions. This project is open to CAMHS referrals across Havering, Barking & Dagenham, Redbridge and Waltham Forest.
Aged 11 - 25 living in Redbridge
