Mental health support for children, young people and families

When referring a child or young person to a funded project, please ensure they meet the following criteria. Please note a referral does not guarantee a space on the project, as spaces are limited:

Change Through Choice - CAMHS Referrals Only

We are able to work with CAMHS to support children and young people who are exhibiting antisocial behaviour, with mild to moderate mental health issues. This project is open to children and young people across Havering, Barking and Dagenham and Waltham Forest. We will be able to provide support to children and young people aged 8 to 18 for 9 sessions each.

Strong Minds - CAMHS Referrals Only

Through funding from NCEL CYP, we aim to address racial inequalities and improve the mental health in children and young people across Havering, Barking & Dagenham, Redbridge and Waltham Forest. We will be able to provide support to children and young people aged 5 to 25 experiencing mental health issues.

Civil Society

With thanks to the Civil Society Fund, we will be providing mental health support for BAME individuals in Havering. This is open to children, families, and couples, but they must be BAME. Any referral forms that leave the ethnicity blank, or are White British will not be accepted. This is for 6 sessions only.
