Digital DJ

Digital DJ is a Zoom online group providing a fun way to enjoy music. 

We provide different music themes, Country and Western, Motown, Classical, Rat Pack, and service users/carer preferences would be welcomed.  This helps those living with Dementia and their Carers by being engaged in social, interactive sessions, keeping people connected.  We support carers to create Playlists on You Tube for service users to listen to. 

This benefits Service Users by enabling them to remain calm and engaged through music, support cognitive function by remembering lyrics to sing along too, and provide happiness in their lives.

The benefits to carers will be to get resources to support their cared for, supporting though information, advice and signposting to other services and to get respite, all in a social, fun setting.
