ARC Wokingham offers free and low-cost counselling services for young people and adults in the Wokingham area.
Our friendly, BACP-accredited counsellors provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space to help you explore your thoughts and feelings. We support you with any issue or problem you bring, helping you make sense of your experiences and empowering you to make positive changes in your life.
- Youth Counselling: Free counselling for young people, available at our main office, Woodley Oakwood Centre, and five GP surgeries across the borough. Sessions are offered at a range of times to suit you, Monday to Friday.
- Adult Counselling: Low-cost counselling for adults, supporting a wide range of issues in a welcoming environment.
- School Counselling: Client-centred counselling for students, with many local schools accessing our service.
We offer both face-to-face and online counselling options. Our service is open Monday to Thursday (10am–8pm) and Friday and Saturday mornings. All sessions are confidential and tailored to your needs.
