Autism Cafe

Autism Café at New Ash Green is a welcoming monthly drop-in session for autistic people, their families, carers, teachers, and friends. Hosted by Autism South East, the café takes place every third Tuesday of the month at the Little Legs Community Hub in New Ash Green.

What to expect:

  • Free tea, coffee, and other refreshments available for all attendees.
  • A friendly space to chat, share experiences, and connect with others in the autism community.
  • Advice and information about autism from knowledgeable hosts.
  • No pre-booking required – simply turn up and join in.
  • Step-free access and free car parking on-site for easy accessibility.

Social distancing, mask wearing, and hand washing are encouraged when possible to keep everyone safe. The Autism Café is designed to break down barriers of isolation and help people find support, friendship, and understanding in a relaxed environment.

Who can attend? Anyone is welcome – whether you are autistic, a parent, carer, teacher, or friend. You do not need a formal diagnosis to join.
