Safe Haven Coventry and Warwickshire offers a welcoming, supportive space for anyone aged 16+ experiencing mental health distress. Our service is designed to help you feel safe, listened to, and understood during difficult times.
How we help:
- Open access, face-to-face support: Drop in to one of our venues across Coventry and Warwickshire for a friendly chat with our practitioners, many of whom have lived experience.
- Evening hours, seven days a week: We're open every evening from 6pm to 11pm, all year round.
- Multiple ways to connect: You can call us, email, text, or use video chat for information, guidance, and support.
- No appointment needed: Just drop in during opening hours – no referral required.
Who can use Safe Haven?
- Anyone aged 16 or over living in Coventry or Warwickshire.
What to expect:
- A safe, calm environment to talk about your feelings.
- Support from friendly, understanding practitioners.
- Guidance and signposting to other services if needed.
