The Coventry Wellbeing Hub is a welcoming drop-in centre offering mental health support for adults aged 18+ living in Coventry.
Open six days a week, the hub provides a safe and secure environment where you can socialise, join activities, and connect with our friendly team of support workers. Whether you want to chat, take part in group sessions, or simply spend time in a supportive space, the hub is here for you.
- One-to-one support with compassionate staff
- Group and peer support sessions to help you connect with others
- Themed workshops including arts and crafts, cooking, and gardening
- Fun activities such as pool and card games
- Computer and WiFi access to help with applications and correspondence
- Secure garden space for relaxation and outdoor activities
- Protected drop-in times for specific groups, including autistic individuals and women
Our timetable features dedicated groups such as Ladies Only, Like-minded, Art, Gardening, and a new LGBTQIA+ group. We also offer support via email, telephone, and video chat for those who prefer remote contact.
Location: Wellington Gardens, Windsor Street, Coventry CV1 3BT
Opening hours: Monday – Saturday, 1pm – 5pm (with some groups at different times)
Cost: All services are free to access.
Who can attend? Anyone aged 18+ living in Coventry is welcome. No referral is needed—just drop in during opening hours.
Additional support: We work with the Sahil Project and Tamarind Centre to support individuals from racialised communities, offering further drop-in hubs in Foleshill and Radford.
Anyone living in Coventry aged 18+ can drop into the hub Monday–Saturday, 1pm–5pm.
