Coventry and Warwickshire Mental Wellbeing Line

From April 2026, Warwickshire residents can continue to phone the Mental Wellbeing Line on 0800 616171 between Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm for advice and support, including help to find the most appropriate wellbeing support for their needs.

Outside of these hours, residents who need urgent support should contact NHS 111 and select the mental health option.

Our friendly and compassionate helpline team are trained and ready to support you if you are:

  • Feeling low, anxious, or stressed
  • Caring for someone and finding it difficult to cope
  • Looking for information or advice about mental wellbeing
  • Feeling socially isolated and wanting to connect with others

What happens when you call? We listen, offer support, and help direct you to the most suitable parts of the Wellbeing for Warwickshire service, or other support services if needed. If you are a Coventry resident, we can help connect you with services in Coventry.
