Rutland Adult & Community Learning (RALSS) offers a wide range of courses and learning opportunities for adults in Rutland and the surrounding area. Whether you want to improve your English, Maths, or IT skills, gain life-saving First Aid knowledge, explore arts and crafts, learn a new language, or build independent living skills, RALSS has something for you.
Our courses are designed to help you upskill, boost productivity, and improve your job prospects and living standards. Many qualifications are fully funded, and we offer concessions on course fees for those claiming certain benefits or with a low household income.

We are funded by the Education and Skills Funding Agency and have to follow their eligibility criteria.
We can only fund adults who were 19+ on 31st August 2024, have lived in the UK for the last 3 years and don't live in a devolved area. However, if you don't meet the residency criteria, please get in touch anyway as there are some exceptions.
