Positive East is East London's leading HIV and sexual health charity. We are dedicated to improving the lives of people living with or affected by HIV, offering a comprehensive and holistic range of support services.
Our services include:
- Health & wellbeing programmes for people living with HIV, including workshops, creative activities, and holistic therapies.
- Counselling and psychology – free, confidential support to help you manage your mental health and wellbeing.
- Social and support groups – connect with others through regular group meetings, outings, and events.
- Peer support and mentoring – learn from and share experiences with others living with HIV.
- Women 4 Women – a dedicated group for women living with HIV.
- Benefit advice – access our AQS4 Benefit Advice Service for help with welfare and financial matters.
- Project Community – outreach and engagement activities.
- HIV/STI testing – book your free, rapid, and confidential test (available to anyone over 18).
We also offer prevention and outreach services, including information on PrEP and PEP, and free condoms and lube.
Who can access our services? If you are living with HIV in East London or receive your HIV clinical care in East London, you can access our full range of support. HIV/STI testing is open to anyone aged 18 or over.
