Brighter Futures is a non-profit Registered Provider of Social Housing and Supported Accommodation based in Stoke-on-Trent. Since 1974, we have specialised in helping people with complex needs, including those experiencing homelessness, vulnerable women, and individuals with learning disabilities or autism.
We offer a range of services designed to help people live well, thrive, and connect within their communities:
- Homelessness Accommodation: Direct-access hostel for short-term stays and move-on units to support transitions to independent living.
- Community Outreach & Support: Specialist teams such as the Rough Sleeper Outreach Team, Orchid Women’s Services, and Hanley Connect provide emotional and practical support to those facing homelessness.
- Housing Services: Our Housing Sustainment Team helps customers manage their own tenancies, including tailored support for people with learning disabilities or autism.
- Landlord Services: Repairs, maintenance, tenancy management, and anti-social behaviour support to ensure safe and comfortable homes.
We work in partnership with local organisations and offer 24/7 support for rough sleepers in Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stoke-on-Trent. Our mission is to build trust, foster independence, and create opportunities for people to thrive.
