Kent Parents and Carers Together

Kent PACT (Parents and Carers Together) is a welcoming forum for parents and carers of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) within the Kent local authority.

Our mission is to ensure that education, health, and care services in Kent meet the needs of children with SEND and their families. We empower parents and carers to have their voices heard, feeding your experiences and views into the design and delivery of local services.

What we offer:

  • A supportive community for parents and carers to connect, share experiences, and influence local SEND services.
  • Opportunities to join our team and make a positive impact on services and support across Kent.
  • Regular updates, communications with Kent County Council, and information about local initiatives and courses.
  • Signposting to local support services and resources, including the SEND Information Hub.
  • Active Facebook page and Messenger group for ongoing support and engagement.

Who can join? Parents and carers of children and young people with SEND in Kent. Professionals supporting SEND families are also welcome to connect.

Cost: Free to join and participate.
