21 Together provides high-quality, accessible training for parents, carers, and professionals supporting children and young people with Down's Syndrome. The service also offers therapy groups, including speech therapy with a focus on social skills, and communication and language groups for ages 0-25. Training and groups are delivered in-person at centres in Maidstone (ME14 1HH) and Margate (CT9 4JX), and through outreach services. Regional hubs across Kent and Medway (including Bexleyheath, Bromley, Dartford, Gravesham, and Sevenoaks) offer organised social gatherings, advisory support sessions, and WhatsApp groups for local connections. Membership is free. To access services, contact 01622 230720 or info@21together.org.uk, or join a regional WhatsApp group via their website.
