Our team of experts perform home visits and energy assessments of a customers property and build achievable action plans based on the findings.
We specialise in damp and mould, energy billing issues and energy saving measures. As well as supporting customers with applying for energy grants, housing disrepair issues and dealing with energy debts.
People living with a disability, physical or mental health issues or dementia, living on a low income or with debt, living in either poor housing conditions or emergency accommodation, in receipt of benefits, aged over 65 or a young person or part of a family containing children under the age of five.
