Women’s Counselling and Therapy Service (WCTS) has been supporting women and girls in Leeds since 1982. We offer a wide range of mental health services, including free or low-cost psychotherapy, community initiatives, and educational programmes designed to help the most marginalised individuals.
Our service is staffed entirely by women and works exclusively with women and families, providing a safe, supportive, and sensitive environment. We welcome women from every section of the Leeds community, with a particular commitment to inclusion and anti-racist practice. Around one third of our clients are from the BAME community, and we can provide interpreters as needed.
