Zest Groups by Bright Shadow offer weekly creative arts sessions for people living with dementia or memory problems, as well as their supporters. Our groups are designed to be safe, accessible, and welcoming to all, regardless of previous creative experience.
Each session is led by professional artists and shaped to the interests and needs of those attending. Activities include music, poetry, visual arts, and more, with a focus on mood-boosting, invigorating experiences that enhance communication and relationships. Sessions always end with a friendly catch-up over tea, coffee, and biscuits.
