LGBT Career Mentoring (16 - 30 Years Old)

Blossom LGBT Mentoring Programme is a 100% free mentoring and coaching service dedicated to supporting LGBTQIA+ young adults aged 16-30 across the UK. Our mission is to help you gain equal access to education and employment, while empowering you to embrace your authentic self.

We offer a structured, supportive journey:

• Step 1: Your First Connection – After applying, you'll book a friendly, judgment-free 30-minute chat with our team to discuss your goals and aspirations.
• Step 2: Building a Foundation – Over four weekly mentorship sessions, we get to know your skills, personality, and goals to create a profile that helps us match you with the right mentor.
• Step 3: Match With a Mentor – We carefully connect you with a mentor who understands your unique journey. Mentors may share lived experiences or offer industry-specific guidance.
• Step 4: Working With Your Mentor – You'll work with your mentor monthly for 6 to 12 months, with pacing tailored to your needs and availability.
• Step 5: Ongoing Support – We check in occasionally to ensure your mentoring relationship is progressing and to offer any additional support you may need.
