A gentle introduction to Nordic Walking for those with Parkinson's.
Research has shown that Nordic walking using the special poles and technique can be very beneficial in correcting posture, improving gait and balance and increasing stride and endurance when walking. It is also an enjoyable way to exercise and meet others.
The special poles will be provided for this activity.
